Video Analysis of Your Technique

We will analyze your vault (up to 10 jumps), walk through it frame by frame, and note areas of improvement in your technique.

We examine every aspect of the run, plant, takeoff, penetration, rock back, pull and turn, and bar clearance and provide you with a score for each of these areas as well as a composite score for your overall technique. We then break down each area in detail, explain what you are doing right and wrong (and more importantly how to correct the problems). We also provide a customized set of drills for your specific problems.

Please include with your video the following information for us to fully understand your specific pole vault abilities:

1. Name
2. Age
3. Grade
4. Height
5. Weight
6. Pole (Brand, Type (carbon, s-glass), Length, Weight, and Flex Number)
7. 100m Dash time
8. 40m Dash time
9. Best Vault clearance for the past 3 years (so we can notice progression)
10. The heights you were attempting in the video you are sending.

Include this information with the Order Form, and include your video (VHS or VHSC format).
