We are a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) focusing on Systems Engineering and Software Development to provide total IT solutions. We also provide Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) product integration and infrastructure evaluation.

Jim Keys has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Science in Computer Science (with a double-major Software Systems Engineering). He has over 20 years full lifecycle software development experience leading teams from 3 to 300 people. As a system architect Mr. Keys has analyzed, designed, and led the implementation of some of the largest systems in the U.S. Government. This includes the Air Force's Base Level Systems Modernization (BLSM) that Mr. Keys led, training over 300 people in the use of Ada, Object-Oriented Development, and the use of the Rational environment. Mr. Keys has also participated on major government programs such as IRS Prime, joining forces with many leading industry experts from CSC, Unisys, IBM, KPMG, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, and Lucent. Mr. Keys is a Microsoft Certified Professional and recently completed the Thompson-Wave Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) training program for Windows 2000.
Rob Muzzio has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and has over 20 years full lifecycle software development experience. Mr. Muzzio is an exceptional systems engineer that can scale from the enterprise view all the way down to the implementation level, coding with the best in the industry. Mr. Muzzio is a proven leader on IT tasks and has led some of our most challenging projects including enterprise wide integration (across multiple locations, multiple sites), web based applications, client-server applications, and database development.
Kevin Carlin has a Bachelors degree in English, yet has more software development experience than most IT developers. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Carlin has proven himself repeatedly as a senior engineer that can take on almost any IT project, and make it successful. Mr. Carlin has specific expertise in the area of Object Oriented Development, Ada, C, and Smalltalk, across multiple platforms including Microsoft Windows, Apple, and Unix based systems.
RT Gregg is a proven expert in the field of Telecommunications. Mr. Gregg has extended his proven track record to include international telecommunications by establishing several mutually beneficial relationships for customers that are providing an extremely high return on investment.
